Clear Concepts Window and Door is certified by the E.P.A. to do renovations and repairs to homes/structures that contain lead-based paint. Lead-based paint is found in homes/structures that were built prior to 1978. Lead paint is poisonous to children, particularly in the developmental stages, up to six years old. However, it has also been found to be poisonous to both children and adults. When a lead-based paint surface is disturbed, lead dust particles and debris become airborn. If not properly contained, this dust will be injested, poisoning your body.
As of April 22, 2010, any contractor performing any renovations or repairs that disturbed a lead-based painted surface must be certified by the E.P.A. Clear Concepts Window and Door has been certified to perform these renovations and repairs by E.P.A.
We at Clear Concepts take the health of your family, friends, and our installers very seriously. Rest assure that if your home does fall under these guidelines, the proper precautions and measure will be taken to preserve the health of your family, friends, and our installers.
