Dawson Avenue Senior Apartments Completed

Big shout-out to our hard-working crew and suppliers! The Dawson senior apartments are completed. Job included 115 Milgard Tuscany Windows, 105 Jeld-Wen French Door Systems, a Herculite Heavy Plate Door System, and 16 foot radius glass accent windows. Thank you to our installers and suppliers for all of your hard work!

Clear Concepts is Certified for Lead-Based Paint Safety by the E.P.A.

Clear Concepts Window and Door is certified by the E.P.A. to do renovations and repairs to homes/structures that contain lead-based paint. Lead-based paint is found in homes/structures that were built prior to 1978. Lead paint is poisonous to children, particularly in the developmental stages, up to six years old. However, it has also been found to be poisonous to both children and adults. When a lead-based paint surface is disturbed, lead dust particles and debris become airborn. If not properly contained, this dust will be injested, poisoning your body.
As of April 22, 2010, any contractor performing any renovations or repairs that disturbed a lead-based painted surface must be certified by the E.P.A. Clear Concepts Window and Door has been certified to perform these renovations and repairs by E.P.A.

New windows for Veteran's Village at 4141 Pacific Coast Highway

Clear Concepts Window and Door will be out at 4141 Pacific Coast Highway this week installing new energy efficient windows and doors for our Veterans. Come stop by and see the improvements being made at Veteran's Village. Clear Concepts would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of our troops who have supported and defended our nation.
